Fees are billed in ten week terms and are payable in advance in full by no later than week 4 of term . Payment of fees by instalments may be permitted by prior agreement – please contact us for further details.
All fees are non-refundable. In the event we cannot run a class due to exceptional circumstances credits will be issued towards the next term’s bill. Where possible missed classes can be made up by attending an equivalent class or by doing one of our pre-recorded classes.
Students attending classes will be automatically allocated a place for the following term. Parents are required to notify us with a month’s notice if they wish to withdraw their child from a class otherwise a full term’s fee will be payable.
If fees are unpaid by the start of the 5th week of the term, the student’s place cannot be guaranteed and will be offered to a student on the waiting list for that class.
