Lucy started her training with Dance Warehouse initially studying contemporary dance. She then went on to study at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire for two years with their Youth Dance Company which provided her with opportunities to perform at multiple venues across the country. 

At the age of 18, Lucy then began her professional dance training at a vocational college studying many genres of dance which later enabled her to continue her vocational training at Addict Dance Academy gaining a BA Honours degree in Dance. 

She then developed an interest in teaching and secured a place at the Royal Academy of Dance studying to gain a PGCE:QTS.
